Early Help/ Team Around our School
Our Team Around the School (TAS) is a partnership between Cheadle Village Primary School, Stockport Family and other agencies. We work together with parents to offer early help and support for families.
Services involved in the TAS want to support the development of relationships with families and ensure that professionals and parent and carers work together effectively.
With parental permission, appropriate information will be shared when additional support is needed or requested for children and families. Families working with the TAS team will have access to support from:
